The private home was built in 1962 in Highland Park, Texas,a beautiful community within the Dallas metropolitan area. Completed on April 1, 2009, the greenroof was installed as part of major remodeling and reconstruction effort completed by Terrasse LLC that included of numerous green building elements. The roof, with a slope of <2:12, was installed with an automated drip irrigation system.
