| The center of Madrid becomes extremely hot in the summer as large areas of concrete buildings and street reflect the heat. The ZinCo Green Roof system improves the microclimate through the cooling and humidifying effects. The acacia trees provide shade relief and the groups of plants and trees soften the surrounding views of the concrete buildings. |

| The build-up system used is the Floratec FS 100 and the water courses are provided by the ZinCo damming system. |
