The Grey to Green Conference will be hosted in the Twin Cities and in the DC Metro Region this Fall.
Grey to Green DC Metro Region Call for Proposals Due June 24
The Call for Proposals is closed for Minneapolis, but open for the DC Metro Region until Monday, June 24, 2019!
Chesapeake Bay has provided an important focal point for many of the innovative policies and programs that have been implemented to accelerate the adoption of green infrastructure in the D.C.-Baltimore metropolitan region. The Chesapeake Bay Watershed, home to more than 18 million people, is distinctly susceptible to the impacts of climate change—particularly to increasing flooding and more intense rainstorms. Although much as been accomplished, few localities have considered how to site and utilize green infrastructure practices more strategically for stormwater management in a changing climate.
Grey to Green: Washington D.C. Conference will shine a spotlight on the best practices in policy, design, financing, research and maintenance from across the region and beyond. By coming together to network and share information, Grey to Green will help stimulate more rapid progress in the utilization of green infrastructure across the Chesapeake Bay watershed.
2019 Key Dates:

The Grey to Green Conferences are the leading forum for designers, policy makers, manufacturers, growers, landscapers, and green infrastructure professionals. The interdisciplinary conference explores the latest science on green infrastructure performance, economic valuation and public policy developments, new technological developments, and best practices in design, installation and maintenance. The conference also includes a trade show, cutting-edge training courses, tours of outstanding projects, and networking special events.
There are excellent marketing opportunities available at each conference. Please learn more at Exhibit for more information on participating in one or both of the Grey to Green Conferences.
