The Waukesha County Technical College (WCTC) has two types of vegetative roofs, one sloped and one flat. The greenroofs are meant to living labs for the students on campus.

The sloped greenroof was completed on July 19, 2010. Sempergreen pre-vegetated sedum mats were chosen to achieve a high percentage of vegetation coverage upon installation. Since the green roof surface is sloped at 3:12, it was important to reduce the chance of wind erosion and to choose for the lowest maintenance green roof option possible.
