Designed by Modus Studio, Uptown Apartments is a LEED Certified building. Installed by Ozark Green Roofs in October 2020, the Columbia Green modular green roof system is placed on the outside edge of the multi-use patio space, planted with a mix of sedums.

With a growing media depth of 4″ the modular system weighs 50 lbs/sq ft.

Ozark Green Roofs provided the initial year of warranty maintenance, but the owner elected to do ongoing maintenance on their own afterwards.
