The final project from UrbanWorks in the North Loop trifecta including 710 and 720 Lofts, 730 Lofts evokes traditional warehouse forms balanced by sleek lines of intersecting glass, brick, and stucco. The building features offers an array of light-filled loft-style units with open floor plans, a community room, a rooftop terrace, enclosed parking, and bike storage.

730 Lofts has landscaped rooftops on partially below-grade parking garages. The plant list includes turf, shrubs, and trees set in 10″ of growing medium.
