Joy and Scott Kuebler decided to build an environmentally friendly garage turned office for Joy, a landscape architect. Scott, an architect team, designed the 450-sf structure with many green features, including an extensive greenroof. The greenroof system will include 5 inches of growing media, containing 3 to 7 percent organic material.
