The owners of the Eureka Log Sauna desired to have a LiveRoof Hybrid Module System on their sauna for aesthetic and insulation reasons. The mix contains 8 different sedums and was installed in October, 2010 when plants were dormant. The plants bloom red and then yellow all summer long. Sedums were also placed later around the base of the building for additional color.

Materials that were used were the LiveRoof Standard Module system, and the LiveRoof patented soil. Modules were easily installed by owners and caretaker in two hours on the 4:12 pitch roof.
