The LiveRoof greenroof on Bowie’s City Hall building is one example of their ‘Green Bowie’ mission to reduce pollution of the Chesapeake Bay.
The LiveRoof brand modular green roof standard (4 inch) system was installed in April 2011 by Orndorff & Spaid. The pre-vegetated modules were grown using a custom designed sedum mix at Riverbend Nursery.
