Parrt of the Kingdomcome development surrounding the Newport, Vermont Country Club, the development will have total concrete construction with water and gravel from on-site sources. Patterned after early southwestern and South American Indian designs such as Machu Picchu and Mesa Verde, the site will encompass stormwater gardens, green roofs, with energy efficient, low impact design and extremely enhancing views. Marketing to prime and second home owners with major outdoor recreational opporunities such as established 18 hole golf course, large international lake with public access, cross country ski trails and groomed major snowmobile trail access. Just off I-91 near border with Quebec.The total project will include approximately 125 residential units and 41 acres of commercial uses. Being designed at this time are 24 residential units planned to be constructed out of totally concrete construction with green roofs.

The total concrete construction will be created from gravel and water from on-site and will reduce the costs and emmissions from hauling the weight over the poublic roads. Designs presently being reviewed for construction late summer of 2010. Preliminary permits in place. City water and sewer obtained.
