We used an all inclusive roll out extensive green roofing system by Xero Flor America LLC. It requires little to no maintenance which is ideal for condominiums looking to conserve association monies. Since its installation in 2005 the only time the greenroof needed additional water was immediately after it was laid down. It has bloomed every year and seems to come back fuller each year.
