The APLD Board made the difficult decision to postpone the in‐person 2020 International Design Conference that was to be held in Chicago this July. Having said that, we all recognize the desire to learn, connect and be inspired, so we are planning to provide the 2020 International Design Conference on an all‐access and inclusive virtual platform. Details for what will be an exciting virtual conference aren’t yet available as we are working on developing the event, but please watch your email and this webpage for more information. We promise it will be exciting, educational, and evolutionary. You aren’t going to want to miss it!

Our efforts and planning for Chicago are not in vain as we will be in the windy city next year for the 2021 International Design Conference. Watch for dates to be released.

The Association of Professional Landscape Designers is dedicated to advancing the profession of landscape design and to promoting the recognition of landscape designers as qualified and dedicated professionals. Members receive a myriad of benefits and opportunities that support that core mission. Through volunteer efforts by those who are committed to its growth, APLD includes members throughout the United States who support multiple state chapters as well as individual international members.
