In association with The Molinaro Group, Seferian Design Group has created the ground level and rooftop amenity landscape designs for STRATA Condominiums, located down the road from the waterfront in Burlington, Ontario.

The landscape design includes intricate paving designs and lush landscaping throughout the property. Large outdoor gathering spaces and a modern roof top terrace with green roof are also intricate components of the landscape treatment for the site. Green roof components add rich natural elements to the roof top amenity spaces, while directly contributing to the clients goals of creating a Hip, Fit and Green community in the downtown area.
