"1225 Connecticut Avenue is an eight story office building located in downtown Washington's Central Business District. The building's main entrance is anchored by CitiBank and the garage consists of three levels with 310 spaces. The building affords window views on all four sides, a tenants-only fitness center and rooftop terrace. Registered with the USGBC for LEED Gold, 1225 Connecticut Avenue, N.W. was completed December 2008," (Brookfield Properties).
