The construction of the new headquarters of the 'Wuerttembergische Gemeindeversicherung a.G.' insurance company faced many technical challenges. Integrating a three-dimensional Pot-Garden with an umbrella-like leafy roof on the one hand (ZinCo's Recreational Park) in combination with two-dimensional shallow vegetation (ZinCo's Ornamental Sedum) along with heavy duty trafficable (ZinCo's Driveways) and trafficable (ZinCo's Walkways) paving on the other hand was no easy task.

The total build-up height of only 8 inches above the roof structure not only incorporates the technicalities of ZinCo's green roof systems, but also the permanent irrigation to ensure the long term beauty and benefits of the four courtyards.
