| The build contains a community centre for general public use and community caf?. The roof is visually unique for the area and compliments its surroundings breaking up the monotonous feel of surrounding buildings. The green roof compliments other sustainable features at the site a ground source heat pump. The aim was for the building to look a raised part of the surrounding green space with a building discreetly slotted underneath. |
