| Sedum House is the head office and training centre for BTCV and incorporates a nature reserve and visitor reception. The green roof was included primarily as it was important for an environmentally conscious organization such as BTCV to display visible signal of their commitment to sustainable development. It was also a planning condition of the site and helped to achieve the BREEAM excellent rating the building received. |

| Green Roof Elements: Extensive sedum mat system with 28mm substrate depth on a metal deck. |
