| This is a project proposed to be built in 2007-08. The design has evolved over the last decade. The Monolithic Dome company of Italy, Texas, will build the structure. $800,000 of local pledges have been raised as of October 1, 2006. We are waiting to secure the site next to our high school. We are down wind from two major oil refineries so the need for a civil defense facility is high. We live in a high rainfall area north of Seattle, so green is our natural color. |
