The BTS-2 project is part of a big office and commercial conglomerate (Connecta26.com) in construction by the real estate investor Terranum. All of the buildings are planned to have a LEED certification and as much “green” as possible.

Groncol, as a greenroof installer, created the design for the building as well as the complete installation of the greenroof system. For waterproofing we used a Sarnafil membrane by Sika and the Sika t-20 drainage layer. As for the growing medium, we used an extensive growing medium produced according to our standards by MetroVerde. For plants we used Sedum plugs produced by MetroVerde as well. The greenroof was completed on October 25, 2013.
