The Enclave at 8700 in College Park, Maryland is a contemporary, trendy and affordable home for University of Maryland students.

Green Roof Technology partnered with Highview Creations to install a 4,300 ft² sod green roof on the off campus student housing building in College Park Maryland, home of the University of Maryland Terrapins, in August aned September of 2012. This new lawn is being utilized by the students as an outdoor green space which unfortunately is rare for that area. Green Roof Technology will also install the second phase to this courtyard which will incorporate an intensive green roof.
