The object of the Phillipsburg Montana Resort project was to provide the guests at this private 5 star resort a beautiful view of the roof below. Charissa Wagner, owner of Summit Valley Turf Farms, grew wildflower plugs that were inserted into growing medium above an old saloon and bowling alley. This was a conventional roof with a 1/2:12 pitch. The wildflower green roof is always changing providing the guests with a vast array of color to look at all summer long.
