| Riverfront Place is comprised of two towers of luxury condominiums with sweeping views of downtown Omaha and the Missouri River. The recently installed 2700 square foot green roof is visible from many of the homes and accessible to all as a usable deck with views of the river. |

The underlying green roof system is by Firestone SkyScape, a fully interconnected vegetative roof system. The patented interlocking SkyScape trays allow the system to be quickly installed and easily maintained.
The plant material, provided by Etera? Green Roof Plants is a SEDUM TILE? pre-vegetated mat. A combination of All Seasons Mix, for year round interest and Tuff Stuff Mix, for durability were used for immediate and complete coverage of this roof. |
