The client wanted to break the monotony of colors with a dash of green & the only place available was a small wall of height 8.5 ft & width 0.66 ft. The thickness of the wall was kept the bare minimum as it was a passageway and anything thicker than 1 inch frame would have created obstruction in walking.

The outer frame was made of powder coated MS with drip irrigation on top. Plants were selected for indoor application and were installed in pockets made between the special mat. The total depth of the frame and mat was kept at only 1 inch (25mm) as per client request. The water collecting tank is of size 7inch x 5inch x 7inch having a submersible pump attached to a timer for automatic water circulation. The green wall was ready in 15 days, completed on August 16, 2011.
