Completed on May 25, 2005, the homeowners redesigned this single family residence to become an intelligent ecological remodel, incorporating reused materials, careful thought to reducing energy use and waste, maximized natural lighting, and stormwater abatement. They transformed the entire driveway and extensive parking area into a beautiful garden oasis. It was for environmental and aesthetic reasons that they decided to top their outdoor porch with an ecoroof.
