Located in the heart of the iconic Cultural Arts District of downtown Portland, OR, Museum Place offers newly-constructed, LEED-certified, pet-friendly, inspired metropolitan apartment living with a rooftop garden and rooftop terrace. Situated directly over a major grocery market, with a Streetcar stop conveniently at your doorstep, both Keller Auditorium and the Schnitz within walking distance, and the Portland Art Museum and South Park Blocks only a block away.

The Museum Place Lofts and Townhouses rooftop garden provides a community park that serves the residents of this urban development. The project team worked with Portland General Electric, the City of Portland’s Office of Sustainable Development and Portland Development Commission to achieve both PGE’s Earth Advantage and LEED certification. Other green building features include maximized views; 40% more efficient water consumption; a refrigeration heat recovery system in the Safeway store; and Energy Star roofing material.
