The INNO Advisory (India) Pvt Ltd. site is the Head Office for the Indian arm of a Multinational Infrastructure and Investment company.
The Owners wanted a space where they could relax out in the open with a feeling of being in a small garden. This is situated on the front terrace of the building on the 3rd floor.

The greenroof by Perikali was completed on December 1, 2012.

Components used:

We used a 30mm drainage cell.
A 250 GSM geo textile.
Water proofing the surface and sloping to 4%.
A medium of cocopeat, compost and redsoil.
All tropical plants were used in this project.
