This private home in the province of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil has a 40 degree slope. The Ecotelhado system was applyed on top of the existing tile roof. The ecoroof was desired by the owner to control the temperature. There is also a smaller greenroof, as can be seen in the second photo.

The greenroof is comprised of the patented Ecotelhado system of a pre-vegetated rigid substrate (container) with a depth of 5 cm. The work was done in 3 days. THe residence can be visited by appointment.
