Completed in August, 2009, the CSU Rooftop Garden Project was initiated by two environmental science students. These two students did everything from research and development to installation. This project was intended to be used as a public space to increase community development. In addition, this space is used as an educational tool for K-12 students to learn about green architecture.

The two students hosted many events to raise money for this project. Through their efforts, the support of a local foundation and CSU administration, the project came to fruition after two years of work!
