Omni Ecosystems Founder and CEO Molly Meyer Recognized on ENR Midwest’s Top 20 Under 40 List
Chicago, IL. (February 28, 2014) - Molly Meyer, Founder and CEO of Omni Ecosystems, has been named one of the Midwest’s Top 20 Under 40 by ENR Midwest. ENR Midwest is the leading source of information for construction news, projects and individuals within the construction industry in the Midwest.
Their Top 20 Under 40 list recognizes young professionals who have made significant contributions to their firms, professions and communities through personal achievement. Molly has been recognized for Omni Ecosystems’ pioneering development of sustainable living systems that include a comprehensive green roof, an integrated permeable walkway, an ultra-lightweight green façade system and a lush, low-maintenance living wall. Molly is building on her extensive experience to bring new life to sustainable design through these technological advancements.
Under her leadership, Omni Ecosystems has completed numerous green roof and green wall projects throughout the Midwest. These include the living wall at Nico Salone in Chicago’s Thompson Hotel, the green roof at AMA Plaza (formerly the IBM building), the food meadow and green façade at Chicago’s Homestead restaurant, the green roof at Lillstreet Art Center in Chicago, and the green roof on the production studio at the Indianapolis public television station WFYI.
