Green Living Technologies International and Hyload Launch Green Roof Single Source Extended Warranty Program Rochester, NY. / Wadsworth OH., (May 16, 2012) - Green Living Technologies International (GLTi) has announced that the advanced single source warranty with the standard 20 year waterproofing warranty has been extended to 25 years with a patented GLTi Green Living Roof on top of the Hyload waterproofing membranes.
This type of warranty is the first of its kind in the green roof industry. Because GLTi installers are also waterproofing experts we can extend the warranty offer an additional 5 years knowing the history of green roofs to double and even triple the life expectancy the vegetative maintenance includes waterproofing inspections in and around areas that would normally be prone to leak. It is like getting two maintenance agreements for the price of one. Because the 100% pre-grown GLTi vegetation is installed mature the cost of maintenance is lower, the patented water retention capabilities is unmatched making irrigation an option on smaller green roofs less than 6,000 square feet.
